Complimentary Delivery to US addresses. Orders are shipped within two business days.
Shipping upgrade and insurance are also available at a same rate provided by courier.
INTERNATIONAL
DEARLY VINTAGE delivers to a number of international countries, a full list of countries is available during checkout. You can change your country during the shipping details step of checkout.
International orders ship via US Postal Service or DHL EXPRESS, and rates depend on the weight and size of the item.
First Class Mail International is the most economical way to send packages under 4 lbs (64 oz) and worth less than $400. It DOES NOT offer door-to-door tracking and usually does not update once a package departs the United States.
Priority Mail International is a reliable, cost-effective way. It includes $200 merchandise insurance and tracking. Average business day delivery of 6 to 10 days. (Average number of days may vary based upon destination country custom and postal service.)
Customs processing
The time it will take for a package to clear customs varies greatly. There is nothing that can be done to speed up this process. All custom duties, taxes, or fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Dearly Vintage is required to accurately declare the value of all international order on the relevant custom forms.
Shipping fee, Duties and taxes are nonrefundable.
SHIPPING STATUS
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email providing your tracking number and carrier information. Please use this number to track the movement of your order through the carrier's website. Orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered separately may be shipped together.
A 15% restocking fee is applied to uncollected or refused delivery by buyer that is returned to the shop. Shipping cost is non-refundable.
Orders are shipped business days only, Monday through Friday. Dearly Vintage does not process or ship orders on Saturday, Sunday or national holidays.
LOST / DAMAGED / STOLEN OR DELAYED PACKAGE
At Dearly Vintage, while we strive to ensure a smooth delivery experience, we are unable to credit, replace, or refund packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they've been accepted by the shipping carrier. Once our products leave our premises, they are in the hands of the courier. Should any delays arise due to circumstances beyond our control, we will work closely with the carrier and keep you informed to help minimize any inconvenience. In such cases, unfortunately, we cannot be held liable for delays or losses. If you chose to insure your purchase during checkout, you will be eligible for compensation through the Shipsurance service.
